ACNE is the swelling of the skin. This can be notice by the pimple, blackheads and whiteheads that usually appears in the face and in the upper part of the chest and back. These are the areas where many of the oil glands are located. In severe cases, this can become inflame or cyst. This is also possible due to abnormal activity in the oil glands or a condition where the body is trying to expel the toxin that does not go out to its usual way.
Causes of Acne
The impediment to digest the foods like fermentation, indigestion, gas, hyper-acidity and constipation contributes to the formation of Acne. Some facial cosmetics, powder and soaps that are used today were discovered that can produce harmful reaction to the skin. The Sulphur, known as preservative to canned products and as one component of many medicines, has adverse effects to the skin and one of the causes of its problems. Other causes include malnutrition. It is possible that we have eaten adequate amount of food but this is not the right quality. Some other cause are lack of sleep, lack of sunshine, lack of exercise, exhausted memory, poor hygiene, and remorse.

Acne potentially shows once in a lifetime where the face condition is of the most important. So this should be properly taken care of. First thing to remember, never press or pluck the pimples out for this would only cause irritation and will result scar. Next thing to do is to take care of the foods you eat. The duration of success will depend on the maturity of the patient. Foods like donuts, white bread, cakes, pies, spaghetti, macaroni, biscuits and pastries are low or without calories. The effects they create will clog the blood vessels and will leave sticky, insoluble waste in the skin. Chocolates also do the same.
It is recommended to eat only natural and nutritious fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes and juices in a few months. Also drinks 5 to 6 glasses of lemon juices. Try also tomato juice (not canned tomatoes), pineapple juice and carrots juice. Just don’t add sugar.
Early morning, expose your skin to the sunshine if you can and before going to sleep, it is better to wash your face with tap water. Massage your face gently if possible. Also your health hygiene is very important. The clothes, towels, and handkerchief must be kept clean.

- Lemon – apply to face and wash after 30 minutes.
- Cucumber – Slice thinly then apply to rub to your face. Wash after 30 minutes. You can also eat this as a salad. Do not peel of mixed with vinegar.
- Tomatoes – For blackheads, rub the thin slice to your face and wash after 30 minutes. Eat raw tomatoes but not over ripe tomatoes.
- Pure honey – Effective as antiseptic. Heat a little before applying to the skin. Wash after 30 minutes. Do not use adulterated honey.
